    AEON CREDIT TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS (PHILIPPINES), INC.
    Position : RPG Programmer

    Responsibilities:

    -Deliver the technical components of services such as development, bug-fixes and customization for credit card systems and other financial applications of customers ensuring adherence to ACTS Standards and Project Schedule.

    -Write codes according to the specifications given by the immediate supervisor and utilize the appropriate hardware, database and programming technology.

    -Provide assistance and support for developed and implemented AS400 applications.

    -Develop detailed program specifications, operating documentation and other related customer information required to complete program development and/or maintenance activities.

    -Assist in the evaluation and recommendation of a solution to a specific data processing problem.

    -Test and debug programs and consult immediate supervisor to assure accuracy and completeness.
    Create detailed logic design and code segments of a system.

    -Work directly with customers in the isolation and definition of system and program problems under the direct supervision of immediate superior.

    -Work directly with team members and team leads to ensure that designs meet business and product objectives. Successfully complete/implement assigned projects/tasks.


    Requirements:

    -Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related/non-related fields with equivalent experience.

    -With a minimum of 1 year experience in programming using RPG ILE.

    -Strong AS/400 experience especially on CL, RPG, Cobol, C, Socket and API Programming.

    -With strong analytical and problem solving skills.

    -Can work independently or with minimal supervision.

    -Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.

    -Disciplined, trust-worthy and a team player.
    With good communication skills.

    -Willing to be assigned in Thailand or Malaysia as needed.

    -Should be between 23 to 35 years of age.

    -Experience working with a Financial Institution or on financial applications is an advantage.

    -Ability to investigate methods for integrating new or emerging technologies with legacy applications is an advantage.
